Seeing as how the E30 and the Miata got threads.. might as well add the other TCL approved car.

This would be my perfect S2000

I ALMOST bought that S2000! It was on sale for $19k, but I thought the pricing was a bit too steep for the mileage that was on there. Besides, someone beat me to it by a good 2 days.

Anyway, here's mine at an S2KI meet ( I'm YELLOW):

Loved the car, hated the cluster and controls. I wouldn't quite cross it off of my list because of that but I haven't convinced myself I would want to sit in one everyday.

Not a fan of the Spoon/Mooncraft hardtop but a huge fan of the car. OEM hardtop is okay but just don't dig the Spoon one

Did I miss the official vote?! When did the S2K become a TCL darling?
Regardless, I do like them and have come close to buying one a couple of times.

Agree, if I ever get one (i.e. hypothetical I just won the lottery and need to fill a barn with cars) I'd build my own cluster with a big-ass tach right in the center. The best part? The 10,000rpm scale would actually make sense

Almost bought an S2k on several occasions, decided to buy the Miata as a cheap alternative for my 2-year stay in Puerto Rico (which was a good decision because it's already taking a beating) but I'm definitely in for this thread

Having a hardtop sucks. It completely ruins the essence of the car IMO. I can't wait to sell mine.

Don't get me wrong, it looks amazing, but that's about it.

I really like the S2000 overall. The S2000 GT1 is probably my favorite since trying it on GT2 way back when.

    Rice?

Seriously though, this is the only 4-cylinder engine car I'd put the required Premium fuel in.
    120hp/L definitely deserves it.

Any other 4-cyl car would be ridiculous.
