Lockable, set of 2 cross bars complete with mounting instructions and hardware. Two plastic-coated aerodynamic aluminum cross bars. Anodized aluminum section. Plastic supporting feet, cover caps and covers. Galvanized plastic coated steel plate. The lockable unit has built-in cylinder locks mounted into the full length end bracket covers. Supports T-slot. Bar dimensions: 1350 x 180 x 270 mm / weight: 7.0 kg. The maximum permissible roof load is 165 lbs/75 kg, evenly distributed. Consult your Owner%u219s Manual for weight specifications.

might have asked this before but it cant hurt to ask again if i didnt but do you have any idea about a mk3 votex bike carrier attachment fitting on this rack? the mounting point on the attachment are length adjustable but i just wanted to be sure before i pull it off my mk3.

guess i will just have to wait until it arrives. if the top mount points are the same design i should be fine. the attachments mounting brackets are movable so it looks like its usable on different model votex racks.

It should work. The mk3 Votex rack uses T-slots as does the mk5 rack.
