    Tried buying a boost tap but can't come to terms of paying $10 for shipping on a piece that small especially ground. Maybe I'm just being cheap.

    For 2012 GLI, any plan to release the stage 1 program to the authorized dealers so that they can perform the flash for their customers who don't / can't ship their ECU to Alabama?

    Don't need exhaust just the DP, don't even need intake but its recommended

    Yes, it was. The MK5 system did not fit. The MK6 system we created fixed that issue, but at high power levels (Stage 3) we had drone issues. So, rather than selling you a product we felt was crappy, we decided to redesign the system. It's currently installed in house at APR on our development GLI.

    Arin,

    I'm thinking about a Stage 1 tune on my 13 GLI MT, but I'm curious if there has been any changes to the programming to address clutch slippage?

    I've heard a few reports from others that after a tune the stock clutch starts to slip considerably. I'm looking to stay completely stock except for a tune.

    I haven't heard of this. Our in house car didnt start slipping till it was stage 3.

    Yes it's been all over the forum...a few people are experiencing slippage at stage 1 and even more once they go stage 2.
