dont know how i missed this so far. good work! this car should be bas a$$.
where did you obtain that rollcage hoop? i wanted to build one in my car and can fabricate the rest but the hoop would be nice to buy pre-made.
http://www.swracecars.com. it all fit pretty well, had to do a little trimming here and there but for the most part it was good. I dont know if they will sell you just the main hoop though. you could always give them a call and ask though. the hoop fit great
Sorry guys. Plenty of updates. Just haven't really remembered to post on here. As some of you know I really wanted this to be done for H2o, but that obviously didn't happen so my new goal is imports vs domestics at the beginning if next month. Most of the wiring is done minus a few things like the coil packs, lights, gauges, and switches. Today I mocked up/mounted the IC, Rad, and some of the IC piping.
The interior is a bit more along and tidy'd up then in this picture. The picture is a few days old.
this build is coming along nicely. looking for inspiration to get my coupe running again. unfortunatly i don't have a big wood build budget. i'm looking at doing a rebuilt 8v on 40mm dellorto's. have all the major bits, just need to get the block work done and rip out the old 2L 16v.
keep up the progress man!!
