Do u sell just the momo hub 8014? If so how much?
Trades: The only trade I’ll consider will be a Mk3 Golf or Jetta with cut springs, steelies, and a rusted hood. If you have this I’ll give you this car plus $5,000. Thanks for looking.

Out of stock for approximately 10 days or so. They'll be $64.95 with free shipping for Vortex members when they're back.

Give us a call about that particular wheel and we'll check.

      Got my hub well sorted.

Had to track down an adapter to use the Nardi 6 bolt. It is slightly different.

Didnt see a response in PM. Actually need 2 accordion boot covers, 1 for the above mentioned VW MK2 GTi big spline hub and 1 for a 91 Honda Civic hub.

      Thanks in advance.

Is this typical of your customer service?

Why did you delete your original response and the response following my complaint?

Instead of editing and revising your post, why cant you just answer the question posted?

It makes no sense that you go through all that trouble instead of posting that you cannot do as I requested, or that you are looking into it and will get back - or even PM as you had previously indicated you did with all inquiries.

Obviously you do not think its worth your time. Thank you for such great customer service.

For any questions regarding an order you've placed or anything not answered in this thread, we ask that you please email us through the site (www.mjmautohaus.com) and/or call our store and speak to the Customer Service Department for the very quickest response to your inquiry. The personnel that handle this thread do not have access to orders and we ask that you contact the proper department for doing so in an effort to satisfy your question quickly. We know that 90% of good customer service is the speed at which you can assist your customers and we want to do that for you as soon as humanly possible. Asking questions in the thread might not yield you the response time you're looking for, thus why we ask that you email us or call for a lighting quick response. We will soon be streamlining our customer service (in order to provide BETTER customer service) by turning off the PM function here and encouraging our customers (and potential customers) to email us for a quicker response. We know that we live in a world of instant gratification and we can certainly provide that for you if you contact us outside the forums. For those not in an extreme hurry to an inquiry, you can certainly ask us there, if indeed the question hasn't already been asked. We appreciate the business, folks, and we look forward to serving you quickly and efficiently.

Is there something special that needs to be done to get the "special vortex price"? The hub adaptors come up as 69 on the website.

And do you do the Momo Monte Carlos in 280mm? I am looking to put the wheel in a MkI, not a Winnebago LOL..

Finally if not, is there a Vortex price on the Team 280mm and hub adaptor for a MkI?

Hey, thanks for taking the time to reply to the message I took the time to write yall!

Now send you an email? How about no! How about if you want to make a sale, atleast answer the question posted above your latest spam.. No, Im not going to transfer what I already wrote and what you already saw into an email. For the best customer service and streamlined process, you could have just answered my question.

Why do you even start a thread(IN A DISCUSSION FORUM)? Why not just make a post and lock the thread, and shut your PM box down? Yall just want to make 50 spam threads but not deal with the "hassle" of checking them for responses from potential customers?

I guess I will stream line my process by ordering from one of the other umpteen vendors who sell wheels and hubs.. I'll spend an extra 10% to the company who doesn't tell me "**** off first.. I know we opened up this form of communication but if you want to take it further cut and paste your last message into an email"...

Sorry you feel that way. We have an extremely heavy amount of phones to answer, orders to ship, walk-in storefront customers to assist and an installation facility to man. Like mentioned above, we ask for this reason for those looking for *anything not shown in this thread* to please email us for a LIGHTNING QUICK RESPONSE. If that is an inconvenience to you, then we apologize, but this is what we're asking (if you'd like a deal of some kind) and to avoid posts likes yours. Forums are the luxury in communication, not the standard. Please email us or give us a call if you feel our response time to you isn't satisfactory. Thanks.

We'll have the hub adapters back in stock from Sparco at that price next week (give or take).
