The last pair of mounts from the current batch sold today. There is a new batch in production and mounts from this batch will be available in 10 days.

So, some have installed them a while ago, but no reviews? Not really sure about mounts collapsing. I've had many lowered VWs with over 100k and no collapsing issues. Just recently removed R's suspension and these mounts are fine as well after 30k. I may replace them only because everything is out at tis time.

Thoughts? If your any type of aggressive driver your going to want these. If your scared of vibrations and better road feel then keep your stock mounts in. These mounts are the best!

Oh man, just stumbled this cruising this forum and I'm excited.

I'm on like my 4th set of strut mounts on my MKIV VRT and I was looking for something better that wasn't the camber plates.

These are on my list to be done within the next month if they're still available.

Rajun, with the use your car gets, you could probably benefit from something adjustable...

Right. And you are talking about drag, road, auto x, and track racing.

I daily mine. Its really not such a big deal like people like to make out.

So, its hardly something to worry about. The benefits far outweigh the disadvantages for anyone with performance interests.

Just get the UM. Camber plates r a bit harsh for a daily or often driven car

Do you speak from personal experience? I have close on 70,000km on my camber plates, so, respectfully, i think you are wrong. And, the whole point is that whilst there is nothing wrong with UM ones as a replacement for oem at a reasonable price, for cajun im suggesting some adjustability.

The simple choice is either H2Sport which adjust camber and castor together.

Or, at more money, GroundControl which adjust camber & castor independantly.

Both are well proven solutions here on the tex over many years.

I ran ground controls on my mk4 gli 1.8T and the vibration was too much for me. UM seems to be best solution without really have no give at all. But do what u think that's my experience.

Um, your point would be apples and oranges, if the roads you daily are worse than ours.

Our roads here in PA are so so bad camber plates daily would not work tried on my mk4 gti many years ago for a week just wasnt happening.

And i am a fan of harsh car mods lol . Solid motor mounts awesome, straight pipe exhaust daily on the turbo R i love it.
