    do you have any technical specifications on these in terms of dampening rates, etc ... compared to stock ?

    I do not have those kind of numbers, but I"ll see if i can get any information. These are going to be an upgrade from stock, but not going to perform at the level of something like a Koni Sport. These are good if your looking for a mild upgrade, and match up well with many sport springs on the market

    I have been running these on my mk4 GTI with OEM springs for over 1 year and they are an excellent product. For the money, these are arguably the best on the market. The ride is slightly firmer than stock, but still quite forgiving.

    I'm sure people have, however I would recommend running Koni Sports with the H&R Super Sport springs. I wouldn't run these on anything lower than a standard Sport Spring (the physical length of the shock is not as short as a Koni or Bilstein Sport)
