Im driving a 81 jetta with a N/A diesel...but only 2hrs away. I did drive it to sowo last year 10+hrs. I'd say your good. As long as it cranks up your golden you shouldnt have any issues!

Any diesel guys coming out? I'll be there with my 1.6td fresh rebuild. Mk2 Jetta..
Only have 500 miles on the motor.. So this will be interesting as I'm driving 650 miles from
Charlotte nc.
