Shaved the trunk today, its all primed and ready to be painted when my paint arrives next week. (I took the rest of the paper off that was around the trunk so it doesn't look dumb while I drive.)

The sidemarkers and foglights should be installed by the end of the week.

      Looking good.

I want to shave my decklid...but am just going to wait until I get a Euro decklid and shave that instead.

That would be what I would do. That gap is too big to use Bondo...correctly.

Bonding worked perfectly for the trunk to fillthe emblem. The sidemarkera will need to be wielded

      My thoughts exactly.

Taking my 2010 to the dealer this week for rust around the plate lights

Going to talk to my friend at the parts counter and see if I can get the cost of a new deck lid credited towards a euro deck lid instead, and then send to my body guy for paint, and a little extra.

So today a woman stopped short in front of me. Lucky I'm low and she had an suv so I went under her. The only damage is that my front grill is complete shattered and the hood is trashed. Does anybody know where I can get a hood for cheap?

Its a newer car, don't cheap out, go through insurance and get new OEM stuff imo. The real damage appears when you take it all apart.

Just make sure the body shop is definitely using OEM replacement parts.

That's tough! Car was starting to look good =/. Looks like you're going to need a hood, grille, radiator support, maybe bumper and headlights. For the headlights you MIGHT be able to utilize the ECS headlight adapters. Best of luck bro

What do you guys think of this place?

      http://www.carpartswholesale.com

Says I can get the hood for $156 and the radiator mount for $74.

      Thoughts?

Go through insurance. You will have a huge headache on your hands if you don't imo.

You're obviously on a budget, just pay your deductible and you can get your car professionally fixed, and have everything replaced with OEM parts.

I am going this route. My buddy who is doing is also shaving my front bumper and trunk properly as part of my claim to insurance. Also he is installing a badge less grill instead of the OEM one and filling the notch in the hood.
I do need a new set of head lights, preferably projectors, anybody got any suggestions?
