No they need the spindle and they are going to try to get it from another dealer in the country, if not then they have to get it from Germany

replaced it with this black one

worked on my car this weekend and here's what we got

the only thing that worries me is that i got sent the wrong color cubby door, my door is a lighter gray vs. the dash being the dark gray
