Refinished 2pc BBS Pininfarina 15x7 et35 5x100 w/ new center caps. Motorsport-Tech adapters 4x100 to 5x100, 18mm and 23mm (for a final et of 17mm and 12mm). Wrapped in Federal FD1 165 45 15's.
I decided to sell the Rabbit I had been building to pick this one up off a buddy of mine. She's an '82 Rabbit with a 1.6 na diesel that he brought over from Cali (it was a barn house find). She is also my daily beater, relieving my mk2 vrt. Anyways, enough with the story and onto her transformation.

looks damn good for a daily
super nice, what injectors did you use? u should open up the plastic on the intake, that is a huge bottle neck, especially if u have a ported head.
that duckbill is going to die a horrible death
Love the wheels, have a 16" set myself, not sure i've seen silver Pininfarina centercaps, very cool! Paint looks nice, original?
what trans? I have the FF with the .76 final. with the pump turned up, governor mod, advance mod. I only see about 33.... I think my injectors are plugged though. Did you notice any power/mileage going with the injectors your using?
84 rabbit diesel: neuspeed springs snowflakes mk2 dash swap all poly bushings k bar etc
Tarmacs cut it close.
Cams A Make Her Dance
Put your bumpers back on They'll total that car for the smallest accident. (they being the insurance companies.)
To be honest, I couldn't tell you much more on the fuel injectors. It has a 2" exhaust, with a port and polished head, making a supposed 74whp. Don't shoot the messenger though, this is what I have been told lol As for bumpers, they're coming (not that they would actually protect anything lol)! I just don't whether to bite the bullet on rabbitparts' small metal euros or have some fabbed up.
