    What's the weight savings on this thing and how well does it seal against the outside elements? Also, what's the purpose of the Dynamat? -clean bass? Or, does it squeak, rattle, n' such?

    It sealed perfectly against the weather, my trunk never got wet, ever. I believe the mat was in there for clean bass as it was on his show car... I'm unsure of the exact weight savings but it's a hell of a lot lighter then the OEM one.
