Just had a quick look through the keffervwparts website. I have a 2012 tdi 5 door, 6 speed manual golf, and there is no suspension kit listed for this model.

I assume from the first post in this thread that the part number i need is 5K4-071-677-A. However, I would like to confirm before I order.

yes 5K4-071-677-A is the correct one for a 4 door manual TDI

they are currently on backorder, and i dont have a current ETA

Thanks! So the guys at the parts depot (is it still in Jersey?) don't have any ETA's on them coming in? OT, what part of NC are you guys in, I'm from Wilson originally.

Question, I plugged in all the numbers, and 1K0-412-331-B comes up as a strut mount, but you indicate this as a strut bushing. Could you please provide the bushing number.

Finally ordered a set online (5K3-071-677-A) and there was no indication that the springs were backordered. Hopefully I'll see them at my door in a few days.

On their website the order status is listed as ordered but still "processing". Seeing as it's the weekend I'm not too worried but if that doesn't change on Monday I'll be calling them Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest.

I really hope the springs aren't backordered or at the very least they can give me a promising ETA. I would hate to have to pass on a killer deal like this due to stock issues. With shipping My total only came out to $211, I remember when the price of MkVI Driver's Gear Springs was a bit over $300.

Got off the phone with Keffer VW about an hour ago. Most if not all sets are backordered however the parts guy I spoke with gave me an ETA of "any day now" but the end of this week at the latest. He said that they would also ship out the same day the dealership received them as I have already placed an order for the springs. If all this holds out I should see them sometime next week.

Hope this helps anyone looking to buy DG springs right now.

My buddy and I installed these on my car last night. Took us about 3.5 hours, we fab'ed a strut spreader with a bolt, also we disconnected the fsb on both sides and avoided pulling the hubs off the axles.

We broke the the hid leveler, but repaired it with glue ad a screw. Remove it before working on the rear!
