This is my very FIRST entry into the watch realm. I never owned one and never cared until now. Now I find them incredible to look at and have.

I am aiming for this as my very first one, what do you think about it?

    Pretty cool watch.
I'm guessing you're going for something that would fit any situation, whether it's work, dinner, or casual?

Cool watch i have a PRC200 non crono. Go to forums.watchuseek.com to look at the Tissot forum and make sure you don't get screwed with a fake.

Yeah, I've noticed a fair number of fake Tissots online, even on sites like Amazon.

    Amazon is the worst one.

Do you mean sold from Amazon or thru those little stores no one has ever heard of?

Love the black face and yellow hands on that thing.

Even items sold by and shipped from Amazon can be frustrating. I've seen listings (not Amazon Store listings, but sold-by-Amazon listings) that had a picture of a fake, and/or inaccurate information. If an Amazon Store lists an item before Amazon does, Amazon tends to lift the info/images from the Store's listing without thoroughly checking for accuracy. If that particular Store is selling knock-offs, oh well.

The actual product should be fine, since Amazon gets its stock from either the manufacturer or a legitimate distributor. But I've backed off of a few purchases because of it.

Did you buy it from Amazon or an Amazon store?
Did it say "ships from and sold by Amazon?"

If so, it should be fine.

I dig the watch! My next purchase will likely be the model of this watch with the black leather band.
