Im a vw tech and have owned the car for 6 years. 204k on the clock. Hood is black now. This is a rough car, no where near a show peice. Cars always look better in pictures. but it is very mechaniclly sound.
1.8L engine tt cam
automatic trans, all external seals replaced, shifts great
new top
tune up items replaced
fuel filters and pumps
powersteering rack new
80/75 mm FK drop springs bilsten hd struts
tires have 1k miles on them
tailgate strut replaced
e-codes with cross hairs. h4 bulb with city lights
control arm bushings replaced
new exhaust dynamax super turbo muffler with 2.25 pipe cat back, sounds nice
welded down pipe
90 gti seats
removed carpet, much easier to clean
corrado steering wheel
new wiper/washer switch
