Daily'd 93 Cabby FS/FT

My friend wants to sell her 93 cabriolet.

Its T-red/Flash red with 173k on the clock
She just had a brand new top put on (the right way!) a few months ago
Brand new tires and recently had struts put on. She's had a good bit of the major maintenance done over the past couple months.
-I know because she has barely driven it lately.
Her cabby has made plenty of 100+ mile trips and is daily driven

Its automatic with black interior.
Its a 93 so it has the "body kit" and dual round headlights with big bumpers
Also put a fresh new oem grill on it
Sitting on ICW rims, and SHE'S GOT THE ORIGINAL VW KEY

The bad:
needs a new starter (trouble starting in the morning)
paint has been evenly faded but the hood was swapped out
front radiator mask is dented in
needs two pieces of trim on drivers side
Rust is extremely mininal, there are no spots where it has gone through nor are there but two sports of bubbling

I have had my eye on this as it sits on the street in my neighborhood. If it wasn't an auto I would pick it up as I have a soft spot for 1st gen cabbys. GLWS! Who has the nice 04.5 GLI? Looks good.

Wrong forum bro. Mk1 not 2. There isn't a factory MK2 cabby, never was and never will be.

Pretty sure youre thinking of my 2000 jetta vr. Had a lot of gli parts. But thanks, shes long gone though haha. but yea im not a huge fan of pre 93 automatics.

You're right, they were still built on the mk1 chasis. But the time period is with the mk2 so i added it here. Same with the "MK4" cabrio. Built on a mk3 chasis but just had a new face.
