For sale: Wrecked 1991 Audi 90q 20v

The good:

-Passenger side is intact, and virtually rust-free.
-LOTS of aftermarket parts, all in good shape.
-Interior is in good shape save the driver's seat(normal wear and tear). No odor, no stains. Black cloth "quattro" script.
-No broken glass.
-Brand new B4 90 euro headlights.
-Lots of new and slightly used aftermarket parts such as rock-solid shifter, steering wheel, injector kit, instrument cluster, suspension and wheels.
-Lots of extra parts sitting in storage that will go with the car
-I didn't skimp out anywhere on this car. All the parts are highest quality.

I can provide a comprehensive list of parts and their condition if there is interest.

The bad:

-Every panel on the driver's side has either dents, scrapes or rust.
-250k miles
-Bad valve seals and piston rings(burns oil).
-2nd and 3rd gear syncromesh is practically destroyed
-Bad clutch
-Car was drove hard and put away wet.
-Pearl White but the clearcoat is gone.

I have over 9 grand into this thing.... ranging from general maintenance to expensive vanity parts. I'm not asking for much as I have no ability to part it out. I'm looking for someone to take this car off my hands as soon as possible. I'm thinking $800 for the whole deal.
