Its amazing how many toys you can buy when not dumping all the toy fund into a car... although i think about doing another car daily

We also have a RZR which is pretty fun but considering trading it in on a new XP 4 seater

mad jealous of the razor haha and yea the fun things you end up with when you don't have a car.

current status of my motorcross bike

what it looked like after a season of riding..which is why its now apart

and this is the quad that i play with. its a 2003 cannondale cannibal 440 with a built motor and after market suspension and such. it made 48whp on a mustang dyno with load on 1800..it made 65whp on a dynojet lol to say its a scary ass bike would be an understatement

Pick this turd up recently for a quick restoration. Runs good with a few issues. Should look fresh by the summer. Possibly a future turbo will be going into it. Here's some pics

    Started pulling off the tint

Found this drill bit holding down a cover with wire hah

Pounded out this piece out and painted it because it was dented and folded in

Check out the way someone sealed the sun roof Yes that's duct tap!

Here I removed some interior parts to find a electrical issue. Turned out to be Power wire to the radio hooked up wrong and blowing the ignition switch. So I fixed that and took out the push button they put in to by pass the ignition. Then they had a 3 stage switch to run the fan on the dash because there was a short in the wires. I found a hot wire exposed rubbing against another and that was resting on the the fan shroud.

Here I pulled the front fenders.

I also fixed some issues with the bumper retainers that was broke and straightened some brackets for for the air cooler.

So that's what I'm been working on.

You sure you got it wired proper, they get goofy with grounding problems. Flash the firmware too.

Ngk afx only w ntk sensor.

So far so good, got my VR6 together. Cant really think of anything else to do to it. Did a MKIV HG, replaced the junk head that was on it, ARP studs, Shrick cams, intake manifold spacer, ported throttle body, CAI, ported manifolds, tectonics downpipe, MBS 3" exhaust, gruven short shifter thingy, Autotech 7lb flywheel, Cluthmasters clutch, poly engine mounts, etc... Made the trip to Daytona and back flawlessly and sounds so good! Just needs a set of sticky mickeys...

Got my LSx car back together and running, just put new M&H's on it and waiting on a fuel pump.

I think thats the first time ive seen one of those quads. Gotta say its pretty funky looking haha but thats some serious power out of it. Ive got a warrior im trying to sell and got a guy that wants to trade an 01 yz250 havent ridden a bike in atleast 10 years (raced for about 6 years prior) but considering giving it a go and seeing how i feel on it in my elder years Ive lost a few lbs and got a gym membership because these things beat you up and i want to do some scrambles this year so im working the physical part of it.

hahaha i can tell you right now that the 01 YZ250's are pretty solid bikes...but if your used to riding on a 4-stroke quad be careful. remember the 2stroke bikes don't engine brake at all so you can over shoot real easy...i've been guilty of it myself on the motorcross track lol parts of me have told me to just buy a new 450 because they ride so much smoother then the 2-stroke 250 but man i love a powerband haha. and yea the cannondale is a real weird looking bike...i call it the toad...they only made it for 3 years but it was way ahead of its time. its got the full aluminum frame, fuel injection, hydralic clutch...its crazy how advanced the bike is!

The only downsides to the AFX is it only goes to 16:1 on the lean side and you can't recal the display for lambda or non-gas AFR.

I havent even taken a picture of the car, its a plain jane green 95 Jetta GLX. Started out fixing what was wrong with the car to make it my daily, and ended up being more modded then my GTI was. Bunch of parts just fell into my lap so I put them on.

Project change. Won't be ready till the 2013 race season. Switch from a mk4 jetta chassis to a mk4 GTI platform. Cage will be installed mid March ( $2,500 out the window). Still using the 12V VR set up. Going to be hopefully be talking to Kevin about get a lugtronics set up going. SQS gear set and a set of dss axles.

Lot of money to be spent but well worth it

normally its no big deal solo. but i guess the car is a couple clicks lower than normal on the stands.

but new clutch discs goin in at this time as well. no real reason, i guess. new material. Sintered Iron. lets see how they hold, not that i was experiencing holding issues. just now is the time if i am gonna do it.

Too funny, and those gains are pretty spot on. I always wanted to try this out real time but never got around to it. Oh well, my car was too fast anyway and needed that big air catcher to slow me down...
