      Yes

      Ratio's for 1-4 are:
      3.000
      2.154
      1.563
      1.211

With a 3.11 Final. Because i only rev to 8k
      If i had a 4 cylinder i could use the 3.29

SQS changed they heat treatment does not look at all the same as the one i used, now if they would spline the inputshaft where 3rd is, it would not twist and break, i ask them to do that and don't want too??

easy to understand, when you hit 3rd gear, that twin wheel is help by splines only on the 4th, so all that force applied in 3rd on the twin wheel, wants to twist and breaks, that is what happen to us, they fix that, the get a even better gear set.

Your gonna love the Gear set Tim, good luck with it.

is it just 2.94 or 3.11 that you need to machine the pinion area

Bought a VF turbo R32 with 156k on it so recently I've been de-turbo'ing and going back to stock -- while I did that I went through the entire engine and resealed everything on the engine, valve stems to oil pan -- new clutch, new chains, new sensors, new engine mounts etc. Preventative maintenance... hoping to keep this one for a while -- its going to replace the rabbit hopefully.

and last but not least My main man Jerry Rynolds AKA White Beard is machining me a fully ported and polished 16v head.
Going to the Dyno and retune for c16 so i can turn the boost all the way up on the GT3076
looking to make 550+whp and finally run a low 11 second 1/4 mile this year. i currently run 12.30 @ 117mph on pump gas 92 octane at 24psi boost. So hopefully 150whp more will get me 1.0 second faster in the 1/4 mile.

I hope to have my mk3 back out by june...just gotta get a roll cage and a few other odds and ends....at 24 psi on my gt3076 i made 525 whp last time i dynod and ran a 11:01 et at 130 mph but on c-16. I had to put everything on hold due to divorce. But things are getting sorted out now and i can get back to racing...miss the rush so much

Glad to hear this. I know this turbo has more in it and the engine does to. OEM head is getting
P&P which will make a difference and the conservitive timing due to the pump gas is history.
I am looking forward to numbers like that.

I was really surprised it made that much power and the times i ran in it. the car was not gutted or anything..just back seats removed. Did manage 1.6 and 1.7 60 ft's.

I've got the clutch in this sentra now, couple details, then need to get it inspected. Looks like i might make some much needed moneys.

Rocco should be moving under it's own power on friday night.

Lots of ****ty weeks, and finally a good one.

The red 400ex is my buddies but the rest are the families. My son recently sold his china crap one hes saving up to hopefully get a polaris outlaw 90 by summer (hes 6 so it takes him awhile to save haha) That one is 07 yfz450 your not kidding about it being better its far superior and have double the power in stock form so it should carry all 100lbs of her around pretty well.

Its amazing how many toys you can buy when not dumping all the toy fund into a car... although i think about doing another car daily

We also have a RZR which is pretty fun but considering trading it in on a new XP 4 seater

Pick this turd up recently for a quick restoration. Runs good with a few issues. Should look fresh by the summer. Possibly a future turbo will be going into it. Here's some pics

      Started pulling off the tint

Found this drill bit holding down a cover with wire hah

Pounded out this piece out and painted it because it was dented and folded in

Check out the way someone sealed the sun roof Yes that's duct tap!

Here I removed some interior parts to find a electrical issue. Turned out to be Power wire to the radio hooked up wrong and blowing the ignition switch. So I fixed that and took out the push button they put in to by pass the ignition. Then they had a 3 stage switch to run the fan on the dash because there was a short in the wires. I found a hot wire exposed rubbing against another and that was resting on the the fan shroud.

Here I pulled the front fenders.

I also fixed some issues with the bumper retainers that was broke and straightened some brackets for for the air cooler.

So that's what I'm been working on.

You sure you got it wired proper, they get goofy with grounding problems. Flash the firmware too.

Ngk afx only w ntk sensor.

So far so good, got my VR6 together. Cant really think of anything else to do to it. Did a MKIV HG, replaced the junk head that was on it, ARP studs, Shrick cams, intake manifold spacer, ported throttle body, CAI, ported manifolds, tectonics downpipe, MBS 3" exhaust, gruven short shifter thingy, Autotech 7lb flywheel, Cluthmasters clutch, poly engine mounts, etc... Made the trip to Daytona and back flawlessly and sounds so good! Just needs a set of sticky mickeys...

Got my LSx car back together and running, just put new M&H's on it and waiting on a fuel pump.

I think thats the first time ive seen one of those quads. Gotta say its pretty funky looking haha but thats some serious power out of it. Ive got a warrior im trying to sell and got a guy that wants to trade an 01 yz250 havent ridden a bike in atleast 10 years (raced for about 6 years prior) but considering giving it a go and seeing how i feel on it in my elder years Ive lost a few lbs and got a gym membership because these things beat you up and i want to do some scrambles this year so im working the physical part of it.

hahaha i can tell you right now that the 01 YZ250's are pretty solid bikes...but if your used to riding on a 4-stroke quad be careful. remember the 2stroke bikes don't engine brake at all so you can over shoot real easy...i've been guilty of it myself on the motorcross track lol parts of me have told me to just buy a new 450 because they ride so much smoother then the 2-stroke 250 but man i love a powerband haha. and yea the cannondale is a real weird looking bike...i call it the toad...they only made it for 3 years but it was way ahead of its time. its got the full aluminum frame, fuel injection, hydralic clutch...its crazy how advanced the bike is!
