bottom line is that it will cost me money to pull brakes, turbo, etc... it is cheaper for me (and easier) to leave her together.

Private party retail is 29750. there are more than $15,000 in mods (just parts not labor or software) in this car; I am sure I forgot something above... All original spare parts will come with the car.

This car has consistently place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in every show that I have entered thanks to the gracious attendees voting. It gets constant compliments from everyone who sees it. This car is super clean with absolutely no issues. There is ~ 15 months left on the stock warranty and tags are good through Apr. Safety is good through Feb. You may want to do recon for the 1.5" drop... I never had any issues with the po-po.

This car rides better than stock (even with the 19s) and performs much better. A new CC will cost you 35K plus fees, tax, etc. if you buy an R-Line, you are looking at 30+ and will not have leather, sunroof, park sensors, etc (nor any mods). If you buy this car off a lot, you will be looking at a lot more than I am asking.

If you buy the car from me, there is a simple title transfer fee (~10 bucks) and NO TAXES!!

32K financed through PENFED is ~567 a month for 5 years at 2.49% with no money down.
