30 boards and he's mad about his shooting percentage (and he didn't even attempt a 3). Did you notice AB screaming for the ball from Blake at the end of the game? Guess he really wanted to shoot a 3 which would have been against the unwritten code with the game already decided. He even tried to steal the ball from him.

Anyone feel like Pop is playing mind games with Mike Brown knowing they play again on Tuesday? Giving Brown an added dose of confidence so he can try to crush it.

Gary Payton used to do that all the time when people pissed him off. I loved it.

What better way to showcase the Nets in the move to Brooklyn?

Charles Barkley seems to be having similar thoughts

"I'm going to be very leery if Anthony Davis ends up in Brooklyn. You know, I'm going to be very leery because I know the NBA has a lot riding on that new arena, especially if Deron Williams leaves New Jersey. They didn't get Dwight Howard. I'm going to be very leery if New Jersey gets that number one pick."

    Quite the flop

I think he just hit his chin off his shoulder...if it happens to me once and awhile it definitely can happen to someone who has basketballs as shoulders

Stupid ass George Maloof brought an economist to rip Sacramento's forecast a new one. The economist is from Anaheim.

The more I see Blake, the less I enjoy watching him.

I am so sick of Blake Griffin on the basketball court.

From what I've read, it sounds like the plan never had the support of the teams lawyers, and they were pretty much against it the whole way. But the NBA proposed it to the city anyways.

Either way, I wouldn't trust them for a second when they say they want to stay in Sacramento. This is the same **** we went through. I'll have some pretty mixed emotions if this is how we get our Sonics back... By screwing a fan base the same way we got screwed. We'll see what they decide to do with this team now.

The Maloofs and the Kings are OUTTA here. I can't wait to burn my jersey at the next game I attend. Screw them.

Speaking of owner news, the owner of the Saints bought the Hornets. Guess they'll definitely be staying in NO.

    So I read this about a trainer at portland saying Greg Oden never got proper treatment;
    http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-ba...193024275.html

    then saw this video

When he asks him if he's a ball player...just sad to see a career wasted. Especially when a team if counting on him to be the leader I wouldn't doubt his treatments were rushed.

Lebron with 17 points in the last 5.5 minutes of the 4th to steal the game away from NJ/BK. Granted the Nets aren't anything special but 17 points in under 6 minutes ain't nothing to scoff at.

    That ish was crazy!

The tanking that's been going on lately has been ridiculous. The Hornets and Bobcats combined for something like 30% shooting in yesterday's game.

    EDIT: Screenshot of Cavs tanking...

Why the Heat were losing to a Deron Williams-less Nets is beyond me...

Spurs got their revenge for last weeks game. Friday should be a good game with Kobe back.

The crowd was going nuts for Novak 3's tonight.
And they were calling out every travel by Nets players.

    It's funny and sad.

nets getting boo'd during introductions, lol. the melo & novak show continues...

not sure what's going to happen when they move to brkln. for the first few years it will be a second home to the knicks when they visit. pretty sure 98% of brooklynites are knick fans as of today. i can see the russian population becoming the new teams base, with that russian guy the new owner & all.

imo, they really need to change the name & make a new franchise, but i don't think that's in the works. after all, we still have the utah jazz

Soon it was commonplace for entire teams to change cities in search of greater profits. The Minneapolis Lakers moved to Los Angeles where there are no lakes. The Oilers moved to Tennessee where there is no oil. The Jazz moved to Salt Lake City where they don't allow music. The Raiders moved from Oakland to LA back to Oakland. No-one in LA seemed to notice.

Hey man, I said "a while back."
I don't read media takeout, so I tend to be a bit behind on the NBA sex scandals.

Except when Delonte West smashed Lebron's mom. That **** was mad real.

I can't help to think that all this overly physical play wasn't planned before hand.

The playoffs can't come soon enough.

Know what looks shady as ****? When someone asks for an audit of your work, and you immediately demand their resignation instead.

    Go to hell, Billy Hunter.
