01-06-12: Purchased Insurance.
01-22-12: Sent Insurance Certificate and License Application to the DEP. Awaiting approval from DEP, then we can pay the License fee and be 100% confirmed for the show.
02-09-12 License is basically approved, a few minor back end changes (invisible to the end user), awaiting arrival of the physical license via mail.
04-03-12 License has been executed; awards have been ordered and should be ready today; porta-potty's have been ordered, paid for and we're just awaiting delivery (Friday); Signs have been made and shipped, just awaiting arrival
