wanted to say hi
Floss Filthy x Team Big Shark x Gengstout x VIP Modular
I am the east coast dealer for VIP MODULAR Wheels, PM me with all wheel questions pricing, powder coating, chroming, polishing and any other type of finish your little hearts can come up with.
Got a late start last night but got the chains all done. Ripped the intake manifold off, then the valve cover to find this...
Old saggy balls....grosss
Then took the tensioner bolt out which was cockeyed..dont know if i was supposed to be?
That would explain why it was so loose...the entire upper guide rail blow apart and the remains all over the side and wedged between the chains.
Cam locking plates...who need oem locking tools when you have throttle body a spacers haha
All new hardware
Tight as a two year old again
Calling it a night at 1:30 am
Heading out with ross right now to get a little more done
lovin these shaved bay threads...
It's making me wanna go back do redo mine now and we just got the motor back in from paint
and now that I found out my crankshaft seal needs to be replaced that gives me a good reason to do it
quick little insignificant update! Got a little in this morning before I had work.
Took the oil pan off to get the rest of the timing chain guide rails off..look how nice this is..
Took the upper timing chain cover back off, Tight butthole according to ross's hand gesture
Took the exhaust manifold heatsheild off, timing chain covers and the oil filter housing off cleaned and painted.
And the list of to-buys
Next up tommarow after I get outta work hopefully going to pick up engine enamel and a few other things to start getting my motor put back together. Also clean more parts to get ready for paint, ex. tensioner, powersteering rack, ect.
Fell asleep before I could post up last nights progress. Got down to business and painted the block gloss black.
Than began to reassemble everything
Oh and the intake mani..with around 10 coats of paint haha
and came inside to this waiting for me and ross..mintt
Heading out in a few to get the motor back together a little more and paint a few more things before work.
