Mold is done! Looks REALLY good (I will post pics tomorrow) we are making the first part tomorrow, then we are gonna get a car to test fit Wednesday / Thursday then if everything looks good we will start getting them out to you guys.

Its gonna be way before that we are trying to get everything done by weeks end. Here is some pics of the initial test fit (sorry for the bad cell phone shots) We got 1 thing to fix so it lines up perfect and thats what we are working on now. Should be done within the next couple days then we will get you guys better pics of hopefully the last test fit.

Hey guys here is an update: We are VERY close in being able to start production we were able to fix the fitment issue that we encountered before in the last test fit of the bumper but this time when we hung the bumper we noticed (and it is in just one section) the indention line that goes through the whole bumper, looks like something might have got in the mold and raised the line just a bit as pictured in the 3rd picture below, not a huge deal but we have to fix it in the mold which is a little tricky because that line has to be consistent and perfect before we can start sending them out obviously because once you paint these bumpers you will defiantly see it so we dont want to start production until it is resolved. We are working on fixing it now and will run another part early next week and give you guys pictures, as you can see that seems to be the only remaining issue. Here is a couple pics not sure why they are so saturated I believe it was a filter on my friends cell phone camera but I took a good shot of the problem in picture # 3 with my camera so you can clearly see the issue.
