we went ahead and made a new mold because it was too hard to get the line perfect by trying to sand the line in the mold, and as I said before that it has to be perfect so we just got done with the NEW mold we will make a part tomorrow, post pics sometime Thursday, and get these things rolling. I think you guys are gonna be pleased that we spent the money and took the time to get everything right.

I will be extremely happy if these are perfect, but equally as pissed if they are not. I have no problem waiting, but when deadlines for progress are set, updates should be made if deadlines can't be met and or when they are . You guys seem to be doing a great job though! line came out as we hoped straight and crispy. We will test fit this weekend and put these things into production and start shipping Monday.


For those of you that were asking for a badge less version we are gonna work on a sleeve for the mold next week to eliminate the badge notch so for some of you that aren't in so much of a hurry and would want one without the badge let me know, otherwise you will be getting this version. Anyways here is the pic of the new bumper line is perfect!

sorry guys we have been busy making these and trying to figure out the badge less ones out and we figured out a way, my initial thought was we could just put a sleeve in the mold to fill that area in, but then it occurred to me that the badge part at least in the mold protrudes out, not in so a sleeve wasn't gonna work. So we came up with a good idea, what we can do since we built 2 molds because of the line problem we had we will change the top part of that old mold just where the badge and lights are make that badge less lay it up in that mold, then transfer it to the new mold to lay up the rest of the bumpers.

Because of the extra work we will have to charge $25 extra per bumper but im sure that is way cheaper and stronger than having a body shop try and fill it after the fact. So anyone wanting this version PM me your name on the order and I will make the change and send you a paypal request for the $25.

We have already started shipping these as we did a loose test fit the bumper and it fit great, the test mule car owner was in a hurry so thats all we could get at the time but we are hoping he can come this weekend so we can get some good pics this weekend.
