The test fit went great as you can see by the pics. Yes those are actual R32 grills in there.
We are making and shipping these units now (we started last week), the way we are having to ship these out is we are shipping them in order of payments received. If you only paid a deposit you will receive a paypal payment request a few days before your bumper is gonna ship. If you pay it your bumper will ship on that day and you will receive notification that your bumper has shipped. If you don't pay within that specified time, we will ship the next person in line, until we receive payment. For those of you that paid the complete $315 price yours will ship as soon as it is your turn and you will receive an e-mail.
If you opted to wait for the badgeless version you wont loose your place in line as soon as they are ready yours will ship according your place in line (eg: if you placed your order in Jan and now want a badgeless version there is someone that ordered a notched version in March, the person that ordered the badgeless version in Jan will take precedence as soon as they are done. But until the badge less versions are done we will continue shipping the notched ones in order.)
We are able to make 3-4 a week so we dont mess up the bumpers or molds and so we can clean them between each pull.

I think the confusion is because the bumper looks shiny and primer is usually dull. The gel coat on the bumper is a primer, which you can directly paint to. All you would have to do is lightly scuff it up with light sandpaper or scotchbrite and it will become dull and loose the shine. For those of you that tend to hit your bumpers on parking blocks or are slammed where you think the bumper might bend I recommend spraying it with a flexible surfacer primer so that paint doesnt crack when the bumper bends and most paint shops would recommend this anyway.
Hey guys its really hard to know exactly when each of you will be receiving your bumpers. It has a lot to do with variables like how many people we have to skip (if only a deposit was paid and payment is received when bumper is ready to ship) Then when those payments are received we have to go back to them and get their bumpers because they were in line first etc. Also it has a lot to do with when the badgeless are done how many of those people were first in line etc. But as stated before you will get your bumper in the order of original payments received as long as your bumper is paid in full when ready to ship. (if you only paid a deposit you will get a paypal request a few days before your bumper is set to ship) When your bumper ships you will get an e-mail letting you know. We are making 3-4 of these units per week.
