    So... Excuse me for being Stupid... But do you just cut out the OEM Fron Bumper and Mount these?

    I believe you do - I didn't have a B3 for very long.... but there is a profile on the bumper for the fogs... and it sure looked like it was cut by hand and the trim screwed in.
