Looks awesome, MAE's and AMG's.
Can you give what your final offsets are?
Looking to be at similar stance when I pickup an avant. THX

update
I removed the turbosmart 60/40 recirc bov and installed the OEM Dv back,
all the issues with rev drop are gone an the car is running strong and smooth.
I also removed the hard line to the "combi" valve and make a block off plate for the valve. cold start is still a little weird til its out of fast idle, but it dosent act as funky as it was.
mounting tires on the wheels today an maybe even coilovers on tonite.

racelands installed.
little bouncy, but i like them none the less.
need longer wheel bolts to fit the wheels.... sux.
car isnt that low yet, dont wanna "slam" it until the wheels are on.

my mutha****'n bumper keeps falling off on the sides...
it "slides/clips" in.. but always comes off while driving.
all the spots that the fenderliner/splash shields clip are all jacked just due to age..
i cant get **** to "hold" and not wiggle out and get all sloppy.
frustrated.. lol

ECS sells those bumper guides. I think they're $20 a side. Make sure its clipped in at the top and bottom.

I like the color of the wheels against the white. Needs some spacers and low but I'm sure you already know that![]()

still need help with the hub rings if anyone can provide some some size info
#91
Hubs are not different on Mercedes wheels unless you go way back yours are 66.6, B5 has a 57.1.
Audi changed their hub size on the B7+, maybe they changed it on the B6 can't remember but I know the B7s and B8s have a 66.6.
I pmed you back.![]()

yea thats next.
wagon by sleep154, on Flickr
i turned it all the way down in the rear and i have 5 threads left in the front.
pretty low now is you ask me... i feel like iam ducking an dodging everything. lol
but i have developed a serious vibration up around 60mph,
cant determine "where" its coming from, didnt happen til i turned the coils down yesterday.
do you think it could because of not using hub rings?
or axle at an angle that is causing a cv joint to "bind" i dont have any noise, just vibration.

I'd place the blame on the hub rings. Lowering it would put stress on the axles but if it was your cv joint it would be clicking (ask me how I know) Vibration would be from the axle shaft if it was bent, which isn't very likely. I'd get an alignment soon as to prevent any wear on your axles though I think that's how my cv joint went on me. Either that or driving on a blown strut for a year

btw car looks much better lowered.![]()
#98
lol, thanks
yea iam thinking the rings... or at least hoping.
I dont think i could have "bent" anything, as i havent hit or done any crazy **** in it.
I was gonna align the car, but the tie rods are froze...so i gotta plan on dealing with that.
it tracks straight and dosent pull. now that dosent mean the camber/toe isnt off..

You didn't tell me your tie rods were jacked up! haha Replace those, get the rings and an alignment.
