it's def a looker. 12v is getting yanked and reworked over the winter. d/s strut tower needs repair. p/s rear fender needs repair. undisclosed bondo cakes. :/
when he told me he was going to pull the recaros out and put his custom wine red corrado leathers from his coupe in I was like 'don't' but it looks effing amazing with the blue somehow. he wants RSs for it but because other mk2. the 2.0 xflow head was just out of his coupe for a refresh plus his wifey just got a new mk6 golf so that 'needs' coilovers and wheels. d90s are probably going to stick around for next season and so he wants a spare wheel.

hmmm, maybe im not sad i didn't buy it.

i thought the body was done alot more cleaner than that from the build, at the time i thought it was alot of car for the 5k'ish he was asking... still probably a pretty good deal

but also ****ty when you have to do body work to a car that just had it all done.

car will just keep getting better, he loves it and is off to a good start. audi TT xenon conversion on the rallye front is so dope

I saw quite a few old school boards this summer while at skate parks with my son this summer.

this morning (and "this" = friday morning) I heard that on average every 2 minutes an accident was called in due to the weather.

I beg to differ. It wasn't the weather that caused the accidents. It was due to incompentency at a very basic level that caused people to drive too fast, not judge closure rates properly, and generally not guide their ballistic missiles in a responsible fashion. Because, if the weather had caused those accidents, the 500km I put in today would have resulted in the totalling of my car (which did not happen).
