This isn't correct. VMR has not confirmed if any of their 18's will clear the TT-RS brakes. I almost went down to have them test fit the 18x9.5 et 45's a few months ago, but they ran out before I got my car. They said they could order more, but since their not sure if they will fit, I don't want to place the order.

I just meant that fitment has not been confirmed for the TT-RS yet. The statement wasn't meant to offend.

I personally would like a set of 18x9.5 et45 VMR's for track use (any style). I am not going to order a set until fitment is confirmed though. I have a TT-RS, am local to VMR and have offered my car for testing purposes.

A couple of months ago you guys had some V710s (I think) that were 18x9.5 ET50 5x112. I was told then that you would probably not get anymore of them in so I have been kicking myself in the ASS ever since. Any chance you will be getting ANY styles in that size again ? I am also looking for some track wheels that are 18x9.5 for my TT and having an offset of ET50 is really close to OEM specs . . . . . . . .

Btw, what do those V718s in 18x9.5 ET45 weigh ?

I'm sorry to say that we will probably not be seeing another set of 18x9.5 ET50 wheels. There is a slight chance we may produce another batch, but it would not be any time soon. Currently we only have 2 wheels in stock in that size.

As for the V718 18x9.5, they should weigh about 23.5lbs

Dude I TOTALLY agree. These wheels look pretty cool, but do they fit the TT RS? Also how much are they?

I've been shopping around, and I'm trying my best not to spend an arm and a leg on a fully custom wheel. But right now I'm honestly leaning toward getting CCW C2K s.

If these wheels fit (and by FIT I mean: No rubbing, no spacers, no centering rings, don't stick out/look funny etc.) I would gladly hand over my money provided the price is right.

Please let us give you our money. There are tons of TT RS guys all over the net looking for winter/track wheels in 18"

Unfortunately our 18x9.5 ET45 wheels do not clear the TTRS brakes. The issue isn't the face, but instead the barrel of the wheel coming into contact with the brakes.

Our 19x9.5 ET45 wheels with 255/35/19 tries will work on your TT-RS. They only require a 57.1 to 66.6mm hub centric ring to work without issue.

Any rubbing with those? How much do they weigh?

Thanks! Also you should convince your company to do a run of 18x9's that fit the RS

I can guarantee that on stock suspension, you will not have any rubbing issues with that setup. And the 19x9.5 ET45 wheels range around 26.5lbs

And unfortunately we will probably not produce those because that would require us to also change our barrel design. However i'll still bring it up at the next meeting

LOL, the stock setup rubs occasionally with 19x9 et52 so I find it hard to believe that 9.5 et45 won't ever rub sitting outboard almost an extra half inch.

That is also TireRack's recommend fitment.
