Squatted 265 5x5. Farted on one of the last reps and quite honestly thought I "blew an o-ring".

there is so much wrong with that video, starting with the fact he could have trimmed it to 20 seconds. is he wearing womens yoga pants?
the thing that always boggles my mind is when people deadlift and when they go to lock it out they lean back a good 10/15 degrees so they look like a 'C'.
felt good on deadlifts today .. did 3x5 with 315 and then did a set of 365 for 3. sucked that the kid next to me who was way younger was hammering through 455 however
ok heres the ting take a corner at 35 or 45racing a ***** had a blow out sled into the crub hit 2 fents 2 burshes 4 brick and a trash can but anywho now I have a load cam knock it sounds like but I'm not sure my oil pan may have got pushed back alittle so I dont know if my oil pump got damgaed and itsn't get oil to the top of the cams does anyone have any ideas what else it could be and yea I spanked the little rice hatch back

Finally touched smoothly in my new shirt.
Did 405x3 on paused squats. And deficit pulls have destroyed my hips.
Was stuck on 75lb DB press 12/12/11 for a few weeks. Went for 85s this weekend and hit em for 3x8. Pretty stoked on that. New PR and I've never even pushed with 85s before. Gonna work them up for a few weeks, try to hit 3x12, and then keep moving on up. I'm sure I could see better strength gains if I lower the reps a bit more, and push, but, since I have been doing 3x12 my shoulders have never felt better, and I feel like I'm getting bigger.
got 2x4 with 225 on bench today.. felt pretty good , prob could have done 5 with a spotter ..i am happy with the slow progress on bench thus far using the 5x5 program idea.

Leg extension machine doesnt have enough weight on it .... maxes out at 300pds any suggestions ?

Not sure was all the dancing around at the beginning is either. Get your grip tight, get a firm starting position, and pull smoothly.
Other than that it doesn't look too bad.
x2 to the 'dancing' - you want to makes sure you are pulling that thing nice and stable. walk up to the bar, set yourself up, lift.
also, you dont touch the ground between deadlifts, put it on the ground then start again. your strength for your size is good but you need some minor tweaks.
