down to 235 from 244, starting to see definition especially in my core and my traps, i think im probably down to maybe a 37 inch pant now instead of 38.
DL: 250+ 5x5
Bench: approx 185 5x5 forgot to add up the weight last time
Squat: 235 5x5
Still have room some wiggle room on all of these before i really see what my limits are
