      down to 235 from 244, starting to see definition especially in my core and my traps, i think im probably down to maybe a 37 inch pant now instead of 38.

      DL: 250+ 5x5
      Bench: approx 185 5x5 forgot to add up the weight last time
      Squat: 235 5x5

      Still have room some wiggle room on all of these before i really see what my limits are

      This has probably been discussed but what do you guys take for pre workout? I've been using neurocore which is similar to jack3d but doesn't give me anxiety like jack3d. I want to get away from pre workout supplements altogether, but I do need a boost in the morning. I tried some green tea that my gf drinks and all it did was make me **** and give me gas.

      I finished a container of Jack3d and acquired the left overs of a friends neurocore. After that's gone, I'd like to ditch them altogether and just lift after breakfast. My living situation is changing as I'm in the process of a move. I currently lift after work and I'm beat so it really helps, but I plan to switch to mornings because I did it once a few weeks back and it was amazing.

      I'm finding it hard to lift without them. I don't drink coffee so I don't get any kind of caffeine. I do eat a good breakfast before the gym though, half cup of oats with milk and honey, and two eggs scrambled. Works out to around 30 grams of protein and 20 something carbs. Thinking about trying just l-arginine.

      CUT CYCLE

      the a50 went great! I have to be in vegas in ~9 weeks and I want to look lean so I'm going to run some new stuff for that, might do some cardio (I always say I'll do it then quit lol)

      Girlfriend will be there and she will be looking ridiculous so I don't want to have to worry

      diet is pretty a pretty basic low carb.
      supps will be: winny, tren, adex, test, and maybe even some protein powder.
      30mins of cardio 3-4 times a week. rotating between incline treadmill (walking) and prowler. Or whatever else I need to not keep me bored.

      and above all else, I promise to post drunken bikini pictures of us at rehab after the trip.

      Once that's over, I come right back to a heavy power cycle until october in HOPES of doing a PL meet.

      you mean how often do I drink alcohol on gear? with injectables, I don't worry too much, with the orals, I keep it way, way down. I think I had 2 white russians all of last month while on the a50.

      New PR front squat for me today, 285 x 1. I thought the weight was going to staple me.

      Then I did so iso hold with 315, I just unracked the weight and held it for 45 seconds, three times. I thought my spine was going to buckle.

      If I do get 3 plates up, my trunk is going to have to be much, much stronger.

      Pulled 375 for a 3x3 last week. Missed the last 2 but pumped irregardless. I'm gonna go back to 365 to get a full 5x5, then go up.

      thought my week off a couple weeks back would refresh me. did not. squat hasn't budged, weight is actually feeling heavier, hip hurts, only thing going up in weight is dL but that kills my back for any running on off days. end rant.

      felt a weird burning sensation near where a hernia would happen. didn't feel pain, just a sensation for a moment. what may that be? was lifting just my legs, no weight, using a medicine ball on a flat bench doing a reverse hyper.
