I use clips too. Always. On every lift. Unless you're in a specialty gym or something, you are an ******* if you don't. I don't care if you put yourself at risk of injury, but don't put those around you at one as well.

Under 230 now, training very light, high reps, NO heavy lifting at all, mostly machines, partial range of motion mostly, and I LOVE it. No more injuries or pain.

ok heres the ting take a corner at 35 or 45racing a ***** had a blow out sled into the crub hit 2 fents 2 burshes 4 brick and a trash can but anywho now I have a load cam knock it sounds like but I'm not sure my oil pan may have got pushed back alittle so I dont know if my oil pump got damgaed and itsn't get oil to the top of the cams does anyone have any ideas what else it could be and yea I spanked the little rice hatch back

I'm several weeks into Stronglifts and have already seen some good gains.
Bench 85 -> 135
Squat 135-> 200
Overhead Press 45-> 95
Deadlift 105->155
Barbell Rows 65-> 115
Not massive weights but I feel great and my main goal was the having clothing fit again. Which is already happening.![]()

C4 alone don't do **** for me. Except make me poop within 30 seconds of taking it, which is almost worth it for that reason.
Only pwo that worked for me was jack3d(which gave me anxiety) and neurocore which they stopped making because of the geranium in it. Neurocore was instant beastmode.

nanovapor gave me the ability to shoot lazers made of lava from my eyes..
Hit 225 5x5 and 245 1x5 today on back squat...Felt good to get back in there and knock some more rust off.

I would imagine that instead of lifting heavy, you'd spend all your time making sure the weight trees are perfectly organized.
On a serious note: I don't think I would like adderall as much for lifting, just because it's not as like in your face intense energy as a solid dose of caffeine. Adderall to me, even the 25mg IRs are much more gradual, and long term form of mental energy. Unless I am also boozing. But, I won't booze and lift. I've never heard of it being used in regards to lifting.

1mr- Nope. A friend of mine does, and she swears by it. For PWO, I use Craze. I use one scoop, Saturday mornings. One tub lasts forever, and that **** gets me moving fast. The grape is kind of intense though.
Doing 5/3/1 for a bit now. Already posted my military press and deadlift days earlier last week. To close the week, I squatted 245 for set of ten, and benched 185 for a set of 9. The bench I had a bit more left, but didn't get a spotter, and didn't want to get buried. I think I could have gotten it for 11. Regardless, I'm having fun with the program for the first week.
This week will be a bit tougher for sure though. I'm not sure I'll be able to beat my "rep goals", but I will definitely be able to smoke the sets of 3 no problem.
I started playing hockey in a mens league last night as well. First time on the ice in 10 years. Scored the teams second goal, and we won 3-2. Haven't had that much fun in a long time. Really missed skating. I cannot believe how sore I am, and it's only been 12 hours since I got on the ice last night. My wrists and ankles are shot, and my groin feels like I got beat with a mace. Worth it though.

I used as little water as necessary and chugged it then chased with plain water to get rid of the taste.
