It was at this old dungeon powerlifting gym I used to train at. The kind where everyone knew everyone, and it was just a bunch of ****ing meat heads. Really good lifters though, multiple guys with 800+ squats, 500+ bench presses.
Well one day this guy was finishing up his workout, and he was just being an idiot and messing around on the reverse hyper machine. I guess he was swinging it back and forth with no weight on it, acting like he was going to hit his buddy with it. Apparently he let his junk get a little too close to the hinge and, voila, split his schlong right down the middle.
I wasn't there for it, I found out about it a day or two later when I went in to train. Supposedly they were able to stitch it back up, but the dude was screaming bloody murder. He was a big mofo too, probably competed in SHW. So I can only imagine this huge monster rolling around on the ground holding his dick.
EDIT: Squat looked pretty good man. I think the depth was okay (though kind of hard to tell from that far away). It looks like you need to get more comfortable sitting back in your squats. You hip break and then almost immediately shift your weight forward.







Not bad for a chick IMO. Hehe
I've just been stretching it out the last couple days. Any other suggestions?
