green paint in decent shape. Some scrapes, few chips, peeling clear in a spot on the hood.
black leather-no rips minimal wear.
black top-less then 2 years old-oem unit with all new fame.
tires are less then a year old.

I replaced the interior and top cause the car had sat in the sun and everything was dry. All the interior is from a 98. Swapped the dash, carpet and everything. Added the glove box and center console. All the locks have been swapped to match...One key car.

-Replaced the front lip
-added foglights-new oem hella and switch
-black hella tails
-smoked clear fender lights in place of the badges cause they were brittle and broke when i washed the car.
-replaced all the seals around the top
-Tune up including...Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, all with less then 50 miles on them.
-Replaced the battery, timing belt and water pump(i have another pump new in box to include)
-flushed the trans with new filter.
-I have a Jetta front clip in sequoia green for the car, Lights, hood, grill and extra headlight switch with fog light option to include.
-kenwood cd player, Its older but works.
Comes with some other spare parts i have like tierod boots, oil filter, hardware for the interior thats extra.
-factory floor mats
- factory top cover for when the tops down. Black
the only rust in the car is 2 spots in the passenger fender(pictured) its not through yet and i cleaned out behind the fender to slow it down..It could be scuffed and painted.

ok so here is the bad. On 2 different cold days i have not got it 100% warm and the car died when it goes in to reverse or forward gears about 3 times then is fine. If it warms up its fine. I honestly think this is a sign the tq converter or valve body is going out. I could be wrong cause i flushed it twice now and it gets better each time. The car sat for years so it could just have junk in it. I was going to vr swap it but don't have time to yet and i need the car to be a trust worthy daily for my girl im worrying about vw autos now.

I'm asking 3k for the car with everything i have for it. Im open to reasonable offers that are cash from people who are right there ready to make it happen. I dont want any trades cause If everything goes well this weekend i may just buy the new car.

I can also make a deal to 5 speed swap the car or vr swap it for a new owner if they want it.

No clue. A million and one calls and nobody has come to check it out. I have a lead on a 96 vr gti...I was too busy to check it out this weekend but this week im going to try to grab a friend and shoot down there. If i snatch it up im going to put the vr in this car and call it a day.
