Saw a Blue R last week taking the Seneca exit off the Via Duct around 7am. Sounded nice. I was in a mk5 candy white rabbit ( the commuter car ).

Seems like I see more MkIVs than Vs in the wild.

BTW there's another BMP MkIV that lives near Redmond Ridge... I've seen him a couple of times on Avondaale and 133rd st.

Looks like there are 2 MkIVs living withen 5 miles of me...

Woodinville is a MkIV R32 hotspot... At least 3 here not counting next door in Bothel...

How many of you guys are going on the Leavenworth drive? I know I'll be cruising with some of the Bremerton R guys.

Also, I've not been able to find anything on Fastivus... I know in the past we had pretty good threads on it. I was thinking on treking down, but need a lot of info early.

On the mkV note, been driving around my gf's coworkers's DBP MKV R. Nicely dropped, simple mods. It's actually a lot of fun to drive.

Greg here. Newbie to your forum. Yes I live in Woodinville, not far from you I think. Nice to meet you. I feel like a slacker cause your car is always so clean and mine.... not so much. Love my R though. I've had it for about 6 years. She just turned 40. 40k miles that is. It's pretty much my daily driver- work in downtown seattle near Denny/ Western. I do see another black R32 in this area without any window tinting. Saw it this morning about a block in front of me.

Jason/Luis wish I could ride up to Leavenworth with you but Were taking Shelby to Disney World so I won't make it. The good thing is I'm almost done detailing the car for WaterWerks on the Green. I get back from Florida at midnight the night before the show so it should make for a long day. Sorry to hear about your car Luis I hope it gets fixed before the show. Jason your car is looking real good I hope to see it at Waterwerks as well.

That really bites Luis! I hope it's not too bad, friggin lame! I know the bremerton guys - xophere ( chris ) and the gang should be meeting up at bellevue college. Let me know if we want to meet up and roll in together. Too back you can't make it, but Disney world will be a blast with the kids. I've been detailing my car over the last few days, prepping for Saturday but also for waterwerks.

Good meetin' ya Greg. I think you're just up the hill from me off of 133rd. The other BMP is from the condos just south of the PCC on Avondale. There are 5 or 6 MkIv R32s in just Woodinville and Bothell. I think there are more here per person than anywhere else. Seem like I see you just after I wash my car... I just got mine last December. I got it with 67K and now have 72K on the clock. Anyway, glad you showed up here. I posted last night to bump the thread up to make it easy to find. Dr.D

Went to the gathering before the drive first time ever last year. Rained pretty hard that day. I deployed about 2 weeks later and dam I am just going to miss it by about 3 weeks. I will be back in WA / Tacoma area in Early Sept. Looking to get out and join the R32's and VW clubs.
