that would just chip up all the paint when it flaps in the wind. I really dont car if you guys approve of what i do to my car.

if your smart you put a little tape or something on the back of the plate so it wont touch the paint or don't do anything because i dont think it would really hurt anything.

i wouldnt have been worried about chipping the paint on my golf bumper, but now in only 2 months my car with be freshly painted and im not trying to **** up my bumper or gli valence

over in the land of ohio we have salt and snow. whats the point of putting it through that when i dont have to, and i dont want to drive around with a primered and spray painted front end. there are pics of all my jetta parts

I lucked out with my lips. I bought oem gli valence for $200, OEM 20AE rear valence for $60 witha crack, and 20AE side skirts for $100(aftermarket). got my hood free and payed $40 a piece for fenders. I had some crazy deals, even my paint Im getting done at a friends shop for $700 in the last week of march/first week of april. the wait is killing me though

it is what it is... i once had GLi lip and 20th skirts with euro R rear bumper, then my timing belt went and so did those. but you gotta do what you gotta do. im glad your waiting and doing it right. i always try my best to buy once and done. hows your dads VW? i hope my son grows up and we can share the same interests... especially vagina

he hasnt done much to it besides whats pictured. It hasnt been driven since the beginning of november. lucky bastard, has 7 cars so he pics which one he want s to drive in the winter lol. He might start doing stuf in the summer to it. It was mainly maintenance with the vr, he spent like $700 to get it fixed. He plans on getting an exhaust and lowering it a little, but he doeesnt want to go even as low as my car is.

thanks, yeah I made a lot of mistakes when I first got it. It was my first car and all my friends at school have hondas, so i did some ricey things. Im turning it around. Moneys my biggest problem. I have the money I need now for paint and ****, as long as nothing bad happens.

Lowered my car a little more, put my fatfives back on, and cut my sway bar. not pictured, i took off the rain guards, stickers off the fatfives, and cut my exhaust tip off so now have a turn down. Im now at exactly 23FTG all around, i just need some spacers and it should be looking good

spent a good 10 min today installing the 20AE wheel. Driving is soo much nicer now. Its weird how a small thing like that would affect driveability.

well my jetta front end is going into get painted tomorrow, then my car is going in later this week to be blender and paint the hatch. tomorrow I will be shaving my hatch handle and emblem. will be posting pics of the progress for all you guys
