Anyone own a clothing line? Need information on lookbooks.

Hey everybody, just wondering if anyone on here owns a clothing company that has a lookbook or if they know what goes into lookbooks.

My friend and I are in the process of launching our clothing company (Fresh Tees for Fresh Water- A part of the profit of each tee purchase goes to a fresh water NGO that provides water to children in developing countries.) and we want to come out with a lookbook for spring/summer 2012. I know that you have to take pics of models wearing your clothes but I was wondering what else goes into the book like a description of the brand, etc. Also what are the best options for getting it printed professionally in a book?

I just quoted someone on doing the design work for a look book and they're very extensive.

Overall look and feel - colours, logos, fonts
Title pages
Sub title pages
Text pages
designs for shirts pages
fabric swatch pages (if needed)
colours of tshirts available
photos of people wearing the product

If it's just tshirts it won't be too bad.
