Engine
-2.0 16v (9A), ~140hp
-Techtonics Tuning Street cams (based on Mk3 Euro only 2.0 16v). More low end torque, more top end power and a huge improvement in drivability
-K&N panel air filter, cleaned and oiled within the last year
-Hydraulic lifters replaced when cams were installed <7K miles ago
-Neuspeed red spark plug wires <11K miles on them
-Bosch spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor <9K mi ago
-Distributor replaced earlier this year <1K mi
-Replaced fuel pump and filter earlier this year <1K mi
-Timing belt, lower TB cover, tensioner, and water pump done <9K mi ago
-External 13 row oil to air oil cooler with thermostatic sandwich plate - dropped oil temps by ~20deg
-Upper and lower radiator hoses, thermostat, thermostat housing replaced, system flushed <6K mi ago
-Heater core has been previously replaced
-Replaced clutch, pressure plate, TO bearing <8K mi ago
-Generic O2 sensor <8K mi ago
-AC and PS delete, ABA serpentine conversion. All underhood AC components have been removed. PS pump has been removed and the lines have been looped. The shorter ratio power rack was retained. The crank pulley has been replaced with the properly spaced ABA harmonic damper. Custom machined billet aluminum water pump pulley (240g, less than half of the OEM weight). 90A ABA Bosch alternator with ABA alternator bracket. Single serpentine belt - simplifies things a great deal! Reduced weight, engine more eager to rev. It's been reliably running this way for the last 8K mi
-New battery in January 2011, 3 year warranty
-No leaks
Suspension, Tires and Brakes
-Bisltein HD dampers <6k mi ago
-Neuspeed SofSport springs
-New front control arms with front rubber bushings and TT/R32 rear bushings, new upper strut mounts <6K mi ago
-Stock 19mm front sway bar, sale will include Neuspeed 25mm front bar
-28mm adjustable Neuspeed rear sway bar - makes the car handle very neutrally
-Neuspeed front upper strut tower brace
-OEM BBS RA 15x6, some curb rash, one has a small bend on the lip, but tire holds air fine
-Tires are Yokohama S.Drives in 195/50/R15 <6K mi
-OEM 10.1" disc brake setup. Front rotors replaced <9k mi ago, rears are still good
-Hawk HPS pads in front <9K mi ago, rears are still good
-Working parking brake
-Brake system has been flushed with DOT4 fluid <6K ago
-Front SS lines from ECS tuning - not installed, but will come with the car, together with a spare set of front hard lines
Body and Exterior
-No Rust
-Smoked aero ecodes with H4 bulbs and city lights, all exterior lights work
-Paint is not perfect, but in decent condition for the age. Some dings, small dents and chips, but nothing too major. A small crack in the rear bumper cover from parking. There is a noticeable dent just in front of the front passenger fender flare (shown in photo). Tornado reds didn't come with a clear coat, so nothing is peeling, but it's not as shiny as a new car, obviously.
Interior
-Power windows and door locks (all power locks work, except the trunk, which has the working rod, but the lock itself is key operation only).
-Sunroof
-Gray Recaro interior. A couple small holes in the back seats, fronts are good.
-Stereo delete. Door and parcel shelf speakers have been removed, but the wiring is there.
-Doorcards in good shape
-Momo shift knob with mint accordion boot
-OEM large spline steering wheel
-Oil pressure, temperature and voltmeter gauges from Mk1 in place of headunit
-Working MFA
-Reupholstered headliner in very dark blue suede. Has some wrinkles
-Black sunvisors
-Three point height-adjustable seatbelt conversion up front for added safety
-Door seals don't leak, but have some cracks/tears from age
Cons:
-Burns a little oil
-The EGR system is not working. The vacuum amplifier is does not work and the EGR valve is stuck open. The EGR port on the intake manifold has been blocked off. As the result, the engine runs great, everything looks stock (for smog visual inspection), and the only downside is a CEL that comes on if you're driving slow on the highway.
I will include a used Bentley repair manual with the sale. It's the best book written on repairing these cars.

i think all the answers are in the add but clean title, ac delete, and tags are not due till dec but it will pass smog
