Thread: Eurocustoms exhaust review

  1. 01-07-2012 01:37 PM #1
I recently ordered a Eurocustoms exhaust and I am nothing but pleased with the exhaust and the company. Customer service is top notch. Ryan will quickly respond to your PM's or emails even if you send him multiple messages in a day. Eurocustoms is doing it right by placing the utmost importance on the customer, unlike another company that has euro in their name. But that is not for here.

On to the exhaust itself. It arrived very well packaged and tracking info was sent to me as soon as it shipped. It is very well made with some very nice welds. It is made of T304 stainless steel which is a higher quality than some of the cheap exhausts. The downpipe is a full 3" and the catback is 2.5". The full exhaust shows gains of +39hp/39tq. Here is a pic of it before install.

The installation of the exhaust was a breeze. Everything lined up so easy. The thing I really like about this exhaust is that it eliminates all the unnecessary bends from the downpipe rear section to the muffler. Both the OEM and my previous Milltek did a 180* bend to enter the muffler. The design of the Eurocustoms exhaust definitely has improved air flow. I love the sound of it too. It has a deeper sound than my Milltek and it is not obnoxious at idle or low rpm's. Here are some installed pics and a sound clip.

At $649, in my opinion, the Eurocustoms exhaust system is the best bang for the buck.

I loved mine! I had there full system on my car before I returned it back to stock and traded it. It sounded awesome the quality, sound and performance was great! It wasn't to loud or annoying more or less a nice deep throaty sport tone over stock and sounded sick at WOT. No drone issues either like some others out there. Also loved how it replaced some of the unnecessary bends on the stock exhaust. I would recommend this kit to.

They have stock? I tried buying one a few weeks back and was told they didn't have any idea when they could expect to be able to deliver...

EDIT: Just heard back from Eurocustoms - they said it will be July before they might have the catback or turboback in stock. Booooo.

Double check to make sure everything is tight and nothing is leaking.

I talked to Ryan and he said the same.. It sucks that I payed to have it installed and it's probably half assed. Side note: I messaged Ryan last night, and heard back right away... Great customer service

How is the drone on highway speeds 70mph and city speeds 35-45mph?

I have APR Stage 2+ and Downpipe no cats with OEM back exhaust...very quiet with a hint of deeper tone (More Audi-like) but I'd love to amplify that tone more...however I take clients in the car so drone (if any) is an issue... Anyone can chime in or refer me to a clip on cruisin/hwy speeds would be awesome!
