FS/Possible trade: '84 Rabbit GTI 1.8L 8V Project car - PA

Looking to sell my MK1 for a down payment on a MK6!

I'll just get right to the point with all the bad:

- Car is NOT RUNNING.
- Cluster does not track mileage (exempt on title anyways, PO stated it should have around 150k on it, I put maybe 1k, but I honestly have no idea.)
- Rust spots on rear of the car by bumper mounts
- Passenger side mirror is very floppy (insert joke here)
- Radio is not present, fan controls don't work as well
- Rear passenger strut needs replaced
- Sunroof siliconed shut, DOES NOT LEAK THOUGH
- Small coolant leak from top rad hose (only when the has been running)

The good?
- New tires, ignition control module, spark plug wires, ignition coil, distributor rotor and cap, new waterpump/thermostat
- Extremely solid body. No rust in the usual spots for this car
- 99% of the interior is there, and in great shape! (broke off the plastic cover on the passenger window roll up...whoops)
- Comes with steelies AND original snow flakes

Over all if you have the time, you can make this a bad ass rabbit.

Haha I know I won't get many offers for that trade, but hey, you never know.

And I can't part it! Way to clean for that! haha I would totally fix it up if I had the time, but with how I am this would be a project that my future kids would work with me on.
