I know some of you guys don't like to fab yourr own DP's, so if you're doing a VRT build and you don't want a T3 flanged turbo/DP that comes in the Kinetic VRT kits we have something for you. Today we had AlexiGTIVR6 come by CTS to pickup his shiny new Precision Billet HP6262S-B complete with T4 vband exhaust housing and CTS Turbo 3″ vband downpipe. The new downpipe is designed to bolt up to the old school Kinetic VR6 turbo manifold and any precision T4 flanged turbocharger.

It may not look like much now, but we at CTS have recently acquired another 2800sq feet of workshop space. This new space will allow us to expand our current R&D department and house two additional lifts for high performance modifications and general maintenance on European cars. Locals keep posted for an open house in the coming months to our new digs, progress pictures will be posted on our Facebook and Blog as numerous renovations are made.

Does CTS offer a 3" Vband downpipe for MK4 24V VRTs with a T4 turbo? I'm starting to put my build list together and will have plenty of questions for you.

We would be happy to, but unfortunately we don't have a 24V here to build a jig on to reproduce them.

Unfortunately we don't have any on-center DP's they don't fit well with our VR6 turbo manifold, and there are so many tangential vband options it wasn't really worth it to have a couple different DP's.

It fits MK3 VR6, it would most likely fit a Passat too, because the old DP fit Passat VR6's

It’s not every day a 500whp car comes along, but when they do come along we need to give them shout outs. This is Elliott K’s 2004 R32, he’s running a Billet PTE HP6262, JE Pistons/IE rods and obviously the CTS MK4 R32 turbo kit. If you’re out in Pennsylvania keep your eyes peeled for Elliott at the track running 11′s or on the street going sideways through 1st, 2nd and 3rd on street tires!

i got a few leaks, i gotta cork this exhaust. If you go MBS make sure you get the better clamps u bolts I do not recommend if ever taking it off.

I don't think tiny leaks really effect anything on a turbo car post 02 sensor do they? just sounds annoying hearing some flutter.

They're on our website actually, one of our technicians picked up 9MPH in his quarter mile when he changed to this downpipe.

It's all listed on our website with free shipping. I'm not sure what turbo you're after so scope the website and drop us a PM if you want something specific.

    Capt.Dreadz,

Nothing we fabricate is "in stock" it's made to order. We at CTS Turbo build every Kinetic Motorsport kit, and just about every Kinetic brand product they sell on their website.

So, if someone wanted a downpipe like that they would have to order, and wait for a few days for us to wrap up production.

If you have any questions or want a downpipe feel free to ask,

    Clay
