lehigh valley benefit car show and cruise

A good friend of mine and a fellow vw nut just recently found out a close friend of his is in a hard spot. His mother spent the holidays in the hospital and was diagnose with leukemia. They have been in a tough spot and in serious hard times so we are trying to organize a benefit car show and cruise in Lehigh Valley PA. We are trying to get this going asap, and any help will be awesome. We are def. Looking for sponsors to help with this as it may become a yearly thing for people with leukemia. We are also trying to find a location. Please help, as I know how it feels to lose a loved one as I have lost numerous family members to cancer. Thank you in advance. As more info gets set in stone I will make sure to keep this updated

Thanks guys, I have to talk to him about it more, but I have a feeling it will be during the spring that we will be holding this. Makes no sense to hold it during the winter when everyone is getting their cars ready for the spring time and also the unpredictable weather. I appreciate all the info

Two possible locations, depending on what they say, is my buddy Corey owner of ADD-ONZ in Allentown or my buddy frank owner of PSI Speed Solutions in Palmerton. I will be talking to them this week and trying to see what can be done, both are awesome guys that have built some sick cars.

the plans are def in the works to get this as much promotion as possible, and MY hopes is to have this become a yearly event, as the proceeds will also go to a cause. please everyone, this isn't a b/s post, this is for a great cause. The more the word is spread, the more we can do for those in need. We all know or have had someone that has a severe illness

Awesome guys, thank you very much. I hope to have this around the very beginning of spring, but once I recieve more info from my buddy I can plan accordingly. So far we are getting a ton of support from everyone on the vortex and I am very thankful for it, and like I said, spread the word, this isn't just for one set grew, I hope to get anyone and everyone involve for this cause

Made a few phone calls today, spoke to my buddy Luis owner or Luis Martinez designs and Luis Martinez racing and he is more then happy to help and is willing to bring out his drift car and do a demo drift for everyone to see and watch, waiting for a call back from frank who owns psi speed solutions aka psi motorsports inc and Corey owner of add-onz. Will continue to make calls to my contacts to get anyone and everyone involved. If this goes as planned we will have vehicle of makes, models, and styles. Ranging from the day to day street car, fully built drift car, fastest true street car in the US(69 Camaro ss that runs low 7's on drag radials), and drag radial twin turbo mustang to name a few
