I just saw -30C the other morning up in Dwight, Ontario. That was really something.

I was out skiing in -10F/-23C on Monday. What's the big deal? You just need to dress properly for it.

It's true. The proper layering system makes all the difference. And after a few days of subzero temps, you just start to get used to it. I got home to NJ and the 26F weather felt like a mild spring day by comparison.

Top of some of the rockies get much colder then that haha. -34C is my snowboard record for temperature. They close down the hills here if the peak gets to -35C mainly because of the wind factor as well.

It was 25* Fahrenheit this morning. Been really cold in the Bay Area this winter. I've had frost on my car pretty much everyday.

It was cold as balls this morning in Sonoma. Its been beautiful in SF since I moved back in mid Dec. No rain and I was in t-shirts for most of the past month. Maybe I'm just used to the Portland weather I left behind

Not the whole summer though, its bizzare. It will be cold as balls in like mid July and then in September you'll be cursing your swamp balls and praying for gold bond as you hike up that ****ing hill you live on top of that is only serviced by that stupid ****ing cable car full of the same mongoloid tourists you had to deal with all day at work.

Seriously. The north east hasn't gotten crap. I usually go riding every weekend in the winter, but this year it has been too warm. Fake snow is no fun.

I hear ya. I don't even have a driveway, let alone a garage. I park right on Memorial Dr. That was fun this morning. And now all the parking spots are full in the underground parking which means I have to park on the surface. What sucks is these people are here temporarily so their cars don't have time to get too cold while my car sits and slowly freezes all day again.

Sorry, traffic and parking pissed me off this morning. I think that's the end of my rant.

I got a couple of inches of wet slop yesterday morning before it changed over to rain. I was outside yesterday evening getting cars and walkway completely free of snow/slush before the subzero weather returned. I re-loaded the sand bucket. Killington is mostly closed. The slopes are a hockey rink, it's blowing about 30 mph, and the temps went from above freezing to subzero in 6 hours this morning.
