Did anyone happen to catch Carla Gugino's character's full name? I know she is Assistant Director Goodall, but they implied that was a married name. Anyone catch her first name?
I ask because Gugino was on a TV show a few years ago where she played a US Marshall in Florida.
Named Karen Sisco.
Who is also an Elmore Leonard character.
I was wondering if they were having some fun with the continuity.

Quoting myself because I was right.
From EW:
http://www.ew.com/ew/gallery/0,,2038...094383,00.htmlCarla Gugino Stirs Things Up on Justified
Raylan (Timothy Olyphant, left) may have rekindled the flame with Winona (Natalie Zea) on FX's Justified, but part of his heart still belongs to a hottie from his past. To wit: When a fellow law dog is killed on the Jan. 24 episode, Raylan runs into former crush Karen Goodall (Carla Gugino, right), an assistant director for the U.S. Marshals Service who's in town to investigate the murder. ''They were always attracted to one another,'' explains executive producer Graham Yost. ''But when Raylan was free, Karen wasn't — that kind of thing. Now comes this situation where the attraction is still there, but Raylan has reconnected with Winona.'' We sure about that reconnection? —Lynette Rice
ET:
http://www.etonline.com/tv/118376_Ca...ustified_clip/Show creator Graham Yost recently addressed this doppelganger dilemma, telling GQ, "We didn't want to tread into legal problems because of who owns the rights to that character. But we knew that she had a lot of fun playing a Marshall on Sisco and she enjoyed kicking ass. She loves the repartee and the spirit and the fact that you can get into meaty scenes and then kick ass again."
I like it when writers do this kind of thing.

I thought the scene with Art and the scumbag in witness protection was awesome. Art doesn't always get a chance to show how much of a badass he is, so that was great to see. Also, Mr. Limehouse... is gonna be freakin' awesome.

A hundred dollars on your hair, fifty on your nails, fifty on make-up, two hundred dollars for an outfit. You ladies spend four hundred dollars to bring home a thug that ain't worth ten cents!

Will anyone else come out of the closet with me and admit they have a man crush on Raylen Givens?

As a man raised in KY, I'm going to say Raylan, like me, takes a dim view of the term "man crush."Just say the character's cool and let it go.
And though the show isn't shot anywhere near Lexington, KY, I grew up in Castlewood, the area where the woman Rachel was protecting was said to be living.

The last couple of episodes have been pretty amazing, even my fickle wife and her short-attention span have dug them.

Dicky and Dewey have made for some good moments. "These are the end times for Dewey Crow, Raylan!" And it was a blast seeing Loretta MacReady again last week - I thought she'd disappear now that the actor's on "Last Man Standing."

Convinced my wife to watch this. She got through the first episode, looked at me and said, "This show is awesome."

One of the best shows on TV right now. So complex.
It's all about squats and deads.

Noticed that Timothy is the exec producer this season. Has this been the case the last 2 seasons? This season's been really awesome so far.![]()

pappy van winkle is not that common in bars.
or even liquor stores.

Last week's was very intense with the mob's escalation of the events surrounding Wynona's ex-husband. This week looks equally as good; I can't wait till Rayland uses some of his fancy shootin' skills again.![]()

That line cracked me up, but it was said by his buddy Dewey Crowe.
I'm still watching, and was blown away to learn that Loretta is sitting on $3 million. Classic mis-direction too, because when Raylan first started looking for it she said "Who says she didn't give it to me?"![]()

Is the only way to watch Seasons 1 and 2 to buy the DVD/BR? I started watching Season 1 then just watched the most recent 3 episodes of season 3, would like to fill in the gaps ha ha.
