Drove up to VW/Bug Fest at Anderson Motorsports today in Crystal Lake Il. On my way home hit some decnt curves in the forest preserves not to far from my house. EVERY day I LOVE this car more....

i was there. white 4dr in the show. not much to show really, just figured it was a better parking spot.

I did a lot of driving around in the rain today and didn't get a bit of wheelspin or lost traction.

In my old GTI, I would have to be really gentle in the rain to not spin my wheels.

I saw your car the black roof looks sharp as all get out on the white.....oh and those Porsche calipers on the black 2dr base looked sweeeeeet.....oh and the VWR wheels in gun metal man now I want those for my RB....man I am gonna go broke with this car

I'm impressed. I know there's no "R" logo on them, but those are awesome. May order a set this week for my car.

Just get the auto one. They don't have a manual version because of liability issues with the clutch pedal getting stuck, but there's no issue with it.

I think I am going to order these now that I see them in your car, I don't know if I like the way it covers the dead pedal but I understand why they do that....oh and the cargo area one

, I put that one in my car last week, started scuba classes and I didn't want to carry the wet stuff without it. Fits perfect and nice quality from what I can see.

Hmm I'm starting to like those, considering VW hasn't released anything official for our cars that would be the all-weather kind I think these will suffice. Did you get the round or oval retainers ones?

Weathertech floor liners are the business but for the hatch you want the OEM Car Go mat and blocks. Had the weathertech trunk liners in the past two cars but the Car Go liner is just so damn handy.

Ditto: They fit just fine, no clutch interference whatsoever. And kinda make me eager for winter... Bring on the crappy weather, Pittsburgh!

LOL, I put 10 gallons of that stuff in my car yesterday too. In anticipation of having the 100 octane file flashed to my car before Friday. If weather permits, I'll be at the track again seeing how quick 100 octane is.

Are you running 93 tune? Would it be safe or is it potential to **** **** up.
