FS: 2004 R32 North American front bumper OEM - black magic w/ clear bra

hi friends,

i've been sitting on this bumper for a year now and it is time to just let go. This OEM bumper is in really good shape except for where it was separated from its mounting plate near the top edge of the drivers side. One mounting hole is broken and there is a small crack - in this same area. The body guys who looked at it said it was an easy fix for someone with skills - skills that which i do not have. Hoping someone in colorado with a black golf wants to come pick it up or meet somewhere relatively close to boulder.

I'd like to start at 500 bones. more pics and info on request. thanks for looking.

Is the bumper mountable as is? Or would it need a repair first?
Can you rate the paint 1-10, 10 being the best?
Finally, is it missing a lip? Or does is OEM without any additional lip?
