It'd be hard to pick only one, but I think it'd be the S600. Either that or the blue 600. Or the Civic 1500S. Or the CRX. Or the 1st gen Accord. Or the 1st gen Civic. Or the Bugeye Sprite.

For the love of god don't take 'em outta the barn.

My 2008 Civic SI (5th Civic) started to rust after a single Rochester, NY winter.

That was when I decided to stop buying Civics.

Doesn't this collection belong to the owner of a PA honda dealership ? I think I've seen a few of those civics at the radnor concours.

My favorite is the red '83 S. I had an non S '83. Awesome little car.

Yes, my 2008 Honda Civic SI rusted after a single Rochester winter.

The Honda dealership refused to fix the rust because it had not rotted through the entire fender yet so their policy didn't cover it.

I had to spend ~$600 to fix it prior to turning the vehicle in.

After that I told Honda to go **** themselves and they'd never get my business again, because they refused to fix a tiny spot of rust, turned the car in early and picked up my GTI.

These Hondas are nice! True gems to find these traditionally non-collector models in these conditions!

If that really happened you have an EXTREMELY isolated case. I have buddies with early 90's Hondas without a spec of rust. And I live in Boston, MA where near every car has rust on it. I wouldn't despise an entire brand because of one incident. You should have gone to a different dealer as well, as that sort of **** is clearly a manufacturing defect and you have no liability to fix it.

Thats not too far away, I need to go there!
Few people understand the psychology of dealing with a highway traffic cop. A normal speeder will panic and immediately pull over to the side. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the cop heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow.

If you don't like them, then get out of a thread about old hondas. Did you not understand that before you clicked? Did you not figure that out when you saw the pics? Did you simply want to ruin a thread about cars you don't like? It's not rocket surgery.

I don't know... I live on the West Coast and even I know that Hondas and Acuras are known for horrific rust issues in the rear quarter area at the very least.

How exactly does the Bugeye Sprite fit into a collection of Hondas? Awesome collection of cars nonetheless.
