    Valve Cover Gaskets

    Hey guys.. looking for tips to help change the valve cover gaskets on my 05 S4 4.2 V8.

    I cant get to the rear bottom valve cover bolt.. the strut tower is in the way.

    Its supposedly a 3 hour job to swap the gaskets out... So i am sure u dont need to remove the motor !! lol

    Any suggestions?

    support engine with the correct engine support tool. unbolt subframe and lower it down. lower the engine enough to get the bolt.
